Since their first batch of Certified Psychometric Test Administrator Level-1 and Level-2 in Jun 2010 these programs gained quick popularity in professional circle. The training calendar will help professionals to plan their participation at their convenience.

These programs are spread over 6 weeks of distance learning and one 03-day workshop and provide hands on experience in administration and interpretation of Psychometric Tests.

Title: Accreditation Program on Occupational Testing and Assessments, Level 1&2
Course Description
Level-1: Understanding and measuring capability.
Level-2: Understanding and measuring personality.
Who should attend?
This programme is for human resource and training professionals, managers, facilitators, counselors and psychologists with a good understanding of English as well as an ability to assimilate new (sometimes technical) information without too much difficulty.
Duration?
Three days intensive training preceded by introductory reading (1 week before the commencement of training) and 4 weeks of follow-up and mentoring.
What follows?
Successful participants will be able to administer and interpret ability & personality tests at workplace. The certificates enable the holder to purchase ability and personality tests from a range of publishers and test distributors (Please be aware that some publishers may still require that you undergo a short conversion course.) Central Test will provide all successful delegates with an online psychometric account area where they may administer, score and manage various Psychometric Tests and to get you started, you will receive 300 credits* (worth 300USD).
Important Dates:
Last date for registration: 30 days before the workshop date to avail early bird offer / installment payment. or 15 days in case of regular participation.
Commencement of online program: 01 week before the workshop date.
Followup date: 04 weeks after the workshop date.
Fees: Rs.30000/- (Thirty thousand only) includes learning material for the entire course, lunch and snacks at training venue for 03 days.
